Do you think we should have a whip around for Brian Goggin, the CEO of Bank of Ireland?
We’ve just seen him saying that last year he earned 2.9 million euro and this year he’ll earn less than 2 million.
Our hearts really go out to the poor man. Does this mean he’ll have to sacrifice his 2 week holiday in a mobile home in Ballybunion this summer?
We should have a whip around to make up the shortfall so at least he’ll get 2 million. Don’t forget that you, me and every other taxpayer out there is now paying his wages. The least we can do is make sure the poor fella doesn’t go hungry.
